The young lady that cooked the breakfast was kind, helpful as well as the other workers. Even though the young ladies that cleaned the rooms didn't have to clean mines, they still offered to get is toiletries, towels etc., etc. The ladies that worked as desk workers were kind and polite as well.

Ms. Nikki was very helpful. There was an issue with the room I reserved and she called the sister hotel, but they did not have the appropriate room available. She then gave me another room at a discounted price. Thanks for your professionalism.

Breakfast was ok. TheNight Desk Clerk for our arrival was excellent. Our only problem was that I requested a room cleaning from one of the other clerks, and it did not happen. Other than that, things were fine.

Breakfast was ok we could have used more option. The location is great. I appreciate being able to bring my fur babies. I will stay her every time I return to NC.
